Libyan Rebel Atrocities Recorded (Graphic Footage) – There Are No Good Guys In This War

It has been said and written that in war there are casualties.  A former cop friend of mine who was a U.S. Marine at Khe Sanh,Viet Nam during the late 1960s once told me that war turns men into animals.

With thanks to Diana West and John Rosenthal at Pajamas Media, here are several YouTube video clips from Libya, depicting among other atrocities, a beheading and a lynching – done to suspected Ghadafi loyalists by the so-called “rebel” forces that our mainstream media have been trumpeting for lo these long weeks.  You can get to the videos by going on this link to PJM:

So, why on earth are we and our European allies getting more and more deeply involved in a Muslim state civil war where there are no good guys?

Why, after ten long years, do we still have troops garrisoned in Afghanistan, getting shot and having their limbs blown off?  It’s been nearly eight years since the invasion of Iraq and there are still American troops in that hell-hole.

To them who say that Americans gave their lives so that the people of Afghanistan and Iraq could have democratic elections and choose their own destiny, I say:  Look at the Constitutions of both nations since our best and bravest took on the Taliban and Saddam Hussein.  Look at what the people of both nations chose by democratic election for their destinies.

Both of the Constitutions enshrine the Shariah (Muslim law) above all else:

 From Afghanistan’s Constitution:

 “…Article 1

Afghanistan shall be an Islamic Republic, independent, unitary and indivisible state.

 Article 2

The sacred religion of Islam is the religion of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Followers of other faiths shall be free within the bounds of law in the exercise and performance of their religious rituals.

 Article 3

No law shall contravene the tenets and provisions of the holy religion of Islam in Afghanistan…”

It is important to tell you here that in Shariah-compliant nations, the construction or repair of Christian churches or synagogues is prohibited.

Now for a little from Iraq’s Constitution:

 “…Article 2:

First: Islam is the official religion of the State and is a foundation source of legislation:

 A. No law may be enacted that contradicts the established provisions of Islam

 B. No law may be enacted that contradicts the principles of democracy.

 C. No law may be enacted that contradicts the rights and basic freedoms stipulated in this Constitution.

Second: This Constitution guarantees the Islamic identity of the majority of the Iraqi people and guarantees the full religious rights to freedom of religious belief and practice of all individuals such as Christians, Yazidis, and Mandean Sabeans…”

When are our leaders going to awaken to the realities of Muslim doctrine and its effects on our “allies” and enemies in this war?  And why are we wasting time, money, men and materiel on Libya?  There is no virtue to be found among the factions on either side of that war.
