It has frequently piqued my curiosity more than a little to wonder why the sitting President of the United States, who spent two years telling a doubting American Public that his genuine birth certificate was already posted online, suddenly released another one that he previously told us did not exist - as Jerome Corsi’s book Where’s The Birth Certificate was about to hit the retail bookstore shelves across the country. The American media accepted the new long-form edition as bona-fide without a question and without taking even a second to have it examined for veracity. That would probably not have been the case had an identical situation arisen concerning a person from the right side of the political aisle.
Even more curious is why the same President had to that point spent over two million dollars in legal fees to prevent any public scrutiny of his entire documented life’s history.
The quest to unravel the unresolved mystery of Barack Obama’s birth and citizenship status continues. Here’s a link to attorney Orly Taitz’s website, which announced that she has tentatively scheduled a meeting with a D.C. legal counsel to one of the Congressional committee chairs to discuss the unanswered eligibility questions.
Since I will be in DC on TH, I need all of you to renew your effords and call each and every congressman and senator, Commissioner Astrue, White House counsel Ruemmler and staff of Hilary Clinton. My meeting is tentatively at 12 pm. I am trying to be the most productive I can be and schedule other meetings around this one. See, if you can help me arrange meetings with other congressmen, senators, chairs of agencies or their chiefs of staffs or their legal counsel.
Taitz, who has taken more than her share of abuse from mainstream media critics, does not appear to be giving up. Perhaps the most troubling question in the entire mess is: How does Barack Obama have use of a Social Security number that was issued in Connecticut when he never lived there? Mr. Fair and Balanced, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly participated in the media-wide obfuscation of the answer to that question by claiming that Obama Senior got the number for baby Barack in Connecticut while Senior went to Harvard U. Others say it just doesn’t matter.
Or is the most perplexing question: Why will the sitting President of the United States not release any of his college, university, public school, private school, adoption, re-patriation, passport application, name-change, or Illinois State Legislature records? What is in those documents that he does not want us to see?
Much as I admire Taitz for her dogged pursuit of the truth, she has not presented well during some of the high-stress media grillings she’s undergone. Consequently, and most unfortunately for the substance of the issue, many people have discounted the validity of the question because she has gotten rattled while under the relentless fire. And I don’t know that I could have done any better than she did, considering the astonishing hostility and derision she’s dealt with.
Meanwhile, MSNBC recently scheduled and canceled another interview on the Constitutional eligibility issue with WorldNetDaily editor Joe Farah, who is not so easy to rattle under pressure. That’s the third or fourth booking and cancellation of Farah’s appearance by the Obama-friendly cable network.
But, what really takes home the trophy for negligence and incompetence is the American Press Corps, which has abjectly abdicated its solemn responsibility to look into questions like this one. Whether we’ll ever find the truth about who this man Obama really is and from whence came he remains anyone’s guess. But the answer does not lay within that computer-generated forgery, which the White House released for our consumption earlier this year.
Does anyone even care that this may be the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the nation – a President who should not have been permitted to run for the office because he is not Constitutionally eligible? Not in the main American Press Corps, apparently.
