No American Press Curiosity About Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood Crucifixion Reports

The American Press

Raymond Ibrahim’s report on recent Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood crucifixions of citizens who protested against newly elected President Mohammed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood, which you can also read here, has been largely ignored by the mainstream American press and television news outlets.  This omission should come as no surprise.  Any public exposure of atrocities now being inflicted by the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, should they be fully investigated and proven true, would cause great embarassment to American politicians on both sides of the ideological aisle.

Arizona Senator John McCain, a Republican, has from the beginning been a vocal proponent of the so-called Arab Spring revolt, which unseated more secular despots in Libya and Egypt, and replaced them with Muslim Brotherhood honchos.  The latest uprising is still in progress in Syria, where a full-blown civil war appears to be raging.

And with an election just around the corner, Barack Hussein Obama (not to mention Secretary of State Hillary Clinton) stands to lose a whole lot of political face if his administration’s support for the middle east mess results in Sharia’s barbarity far beyond and above that which was wielded by the Muslim Brotherhood’s predecessors.

The problem here is not that the crucifixions might actually be occurring.  They are, after all, proscribed in the Quran as lawful, just punishment for certain crimes.  The real problem, and this should absolutely frighten American citizens, is that there is once again a major media blackout on investigating or exposing yet another disastrous mess the Obama administration has promoted.

The barbarians have come to power in Egypt and Libya.  Syria is now on the chopping block.  Saudi Arabia is in the Muslim Brotherhood’s sights – you can bet on that.  Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain all encouraged the Muslim Brotherhood upheaval and takeovers.  The American Press Corps is not at all interested in the resulting fallout.  We must not cause Mr. Obama any embarrassment.  It might cost him votes in November.

For the American Press Corps, political ideology trumps everything – truth, fact, freedom, and the survival of Western civilization don’t matter.  Obama’s their guy.  And they’ll never give him a tough question to answer.  We are in very deep trouble here.

    John,
If there were some definite documentation (pictures, not just the reports of one writer in English), this would be more attention-getting.

Otherwise: Check Google for “Nayirah” to see how atrocity stories have been used to stampede US public opinion and policy before.

    • John L. Work says:

      Hi, Neal,

Good point you make. But, then again, there’s now plenty of hard evidence available to indicate that the President’s bona fides are fraudulent and forgeries, all of which was gathered, analyzed, photographed and videoed by a professinal law enforcement agency. I’m a retired cop. I investigated forgeries during my career. I watched the videos. Looks to me like the news outlets should be asking some questions. Result? No media interest. They attacked the Sheriff and ignored the evidence.

I’m not suggesting a stampede into anything. I’m suggesting that there is no journalistic curiosity sufficient to send some major network teams to Egypt to do some interviews. They sent a few during the anti-Mubarak revolt (Anderson Cooper’s team comes to mind).

Now we have a report from a credible journalist, Raymond Ibrahim, which says the Muslim Brotherhood is allegedly committing atrocities in front of the Egyptian President’s palace. Does that not merit some scrutiny and further investigation?
