Here we go, again. Is it any wonder that the conservative base (including people like I) roll our eyes when the Presidential debate moderators are selected. Oddly, I thought that the leftist who refereed the first debate, Jim Lehrer, did the best job of asking the questions and staying out of the way. Martha Raddatz was blatantly, as Rush Limbaugh has said, the second Democrat in the Vice President’s debate between Paul Ryan and Joe Biden.
Now comes Candy Crowley of CNN fame to render fairness and objectivity in the second Presidential debate tomorrow night. Really.
Well, here’s a link to an August Newsbusters report (with video) wherein Crowley shows the world how unbiased about Paul Ryan being on the Repub ticket she really is:

CANDY CROWLEY, CNN: We’ve already had this debate. All they have to do at Obama Reelect is open up the files because this debate has already happened. They just bring it back, it goes, it is, you know, what they talk about. But I think the other thing that’s worth pointing out is not every Republican has signed on to this kind of, I mean, they will publicly. But there is some trepidation…
GLORIA BORGER, CNN: They’re afraid.
CROWLEY: …that this might be, looks a little bit like some sort of ticket death wish. That, oh, my gosh, do we really want to talk about these thing? Is this where we want to go when the economy is so bad? We could have stayed on that.
We shall soon see how deftly Ms. Crowley conceals her ideological slant on the candidates and the issues.
