As a police detective and a public defender’s investigator I worked with a whole lot of lawyers. Washington, D.C. is packed full of them. Sometimes it’s difficult (or impossible) to discern whether a particular attorney has a conscience or is really a plain sociopath. The Washington Times just published a disturbing opinion piece on Hillary Clinton’s mindset. I can’t tell if she has a conscience or not. She’s definitely covering some very damning tracks for Barack Obama. And we may rest assured that she’s working very hard to prevent that which has already happened – the Benghazi slaughter.
Our outgoing Secretary of State has, by all appearances, managed to dodge a few critical questions about the 9/11/2012 Benghazi, Libya, jihad attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three of his fellow Americans, including two U.S. Navy SEALS. Of course, the American Press Corps and the Congress of the United States have made it very easy for her to dodge and parry – by not pressing her with any tough questions. So far, The S.O.S. (there’s some irony for you) received fawning, submissive deference during her appearnce before two Congressional hearings; and more concern for her recent concussion in Steve Krofts’ 60 Minutes interview than queries designed to get to the truth about who knew what regarding the Benghazi attack.
1) We don’t know where President Obama was while the Benghazi battle raged.
2) We don’t know where Ms. Clinton was during the assault.
3) We don’t know why the United States Government entrusted an arm of al Quaida to provide security for Ambassador Stevens and company.
4) Most importantly, once the assault was well under way, we don’t know who actually made the decision and gave the order not to send in readily available American troops for a rescue. Not surprisingly, neither Mr. Obama nor Ms. Clinton has volunteered that information.
When the Congressional questioning moved in a direction she didn’t like about why for two full weeks following the murders, the Obama administration mendaciously blamed an obscure video for the attack, Ms. Clinton went into a rage and shouted, “What difference does it make?”, or words to that effect.
And she got away with it. Let’s move on.
And, Folks, if THAT doesn’t PROVE that our POTUS and his administration will get (and has gotten) away with murder, nothing will!!!
