What Did Obama’s Supporters THINK He Would Do?

So, let’s face reality.  The Republicans in the House and the Senate are on the verge of collapsing into abject surrender on the approaching debt ceiling issue, as well as giving up the idea of de-funding Obama’s collectivization of the nation’s health insurance and medical care.  They’re probably going to roll over and play dead, all this bluster and posturing notwithstanding.  Yes, the Press Corps (and some folks at Fox News) are painting a picture of the resistance to the ongoing creation of the United Socialist States of America as THE PROBLEM.  Ted Cruz is not the problem.  But we’re to believe he’s the problem, along with the likes of Mike Lee and Michele Bachmann.

What we have here is a President who is rapidly morphing into a totalitarian dictatorial tyrant.  That’s not hyperbole, folks.  He’s already broken the constraints of the law and the Constitution, many times.  He is going to get everything he wants (complete control) and no one is going to stop him.

But, what did we expect?  How could anyone who voted for him in the first election, and in 2012, be surprised by what he’s doing?  There was plenty of warning out there.  He gave it to us.  While many Americans turn on CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, The Daily Show, and yes, even MSNBC, to get their nightly dose of so-called news, the alternate media command a huge audience.  Talk radio has an immense following – Rush Limbaugh gets 20,000,000 listeners a day. And he’s no friend of Barack Obama.  There are Laura Ingraham, Mark Levin, Michael Savage, Joe Pags and many others who still have the airwaves’ bully pulpit.  A lot of Americans listen to them.  Not everyone was blind to what the man is really about.  Millions of us knew.

Our problem, according to el-Rushbo, is the left-tilted mainstream media and the huge numbers of low-information voters, who pulled the lever for Barack Obama because he’s cool, smooth, attractive, liberal and black.  Maybe Rush is correct and maybe he’s not.  Maybe there are just too many dumb Americans out there for us to deserve to survive as a Constitutional Republic.

How liberal is Obama?  Really liberal.  Off the chart liberal.  He’s so liberal the word doesn’t even apply to him any more.  He’s a Marxist, befriended, mentored and raised by revolutionary radical left-wingers – the ideological spawn of men who advocated and worked for the violent overthrow of this Republic.  You already know the names, so I won’t go through them here.  Barack Obama made many, many statements in public forums about where he stood with regard to his believed failings of the Constitution, taking money from the achievers and giving it to others who didn’t earn it, his positions on Islam, the fundamental transformation of this nation, and so many other issues.  It was impossible to mistake his intentions, if one listened to him carefully.

He nearly dropped a brick on our heads with where he intended to take us.  And on top of all that he buried his educational/personal history records by means of Court orders, so no one could look at them.

The evidence was out there.  Plenty of it.  Voters either didn’t care or just didn’t want to be bothered to pay attention to what the evidence was telling us.  The man won two elections.  I could hardly stand it when the Repubs jammed John McCain down our throats in 2008.  It was sickening.  He’s made a life of stabbing conservative voters in the back and the betrayal of same.  But I voted for him.  Anyone would have been better than Barack Obama.  I was never a Mitt Romney fan.  I wanted Herman Cain, even after his affair came to light.  But I still voted for Romney when the Repubs picked him.

I’ve heard it said several times by famous, prominent, informed people that some 3,000,000 (that’s three-million) conservative voters stayed at home on November 6, 2012, because they didn’t want Mitt Romney.  Well, look what we have now.  We deserve whatever we’ve got coming from Obama, because America elected him again.  And it’s not going to be pretty, ladies and gentlemen.  If you think this is as bad as it’s going to get, better think again.

The worst is yet to come.  When the Repubs cave in on de-funding the health care act and raising the debt ceiling, there will be absolutely nothing to stop Barack Obama.  He’s got us right where he wants us.

About John L. Work

John Lloyd Work has taken the detective thriller genre and woven an occasional political thread throughout his books, morphing what was once considered an arena reserved for pure fiction into believable, terrifying, futuristic, true-to-life “faction”. He traveled the uniformed patrolman’s path, answering brutal domestic violence calls, high speed chases, homicides, suicides, armed robberies, breaking up bar fights, and the accompanying sporadic unpredictable moments of terror - which eventually come to all police officers, sometimes when least expected. He gradually absorbed the hard fact that the greatest danger a cop faces comes in the form of day-to-day encounters with emotionally disturbed, highly intoxicated people. Those experiences can wear a cop down, grinding on his own emotions and psyche. Prolonged exposure to the worst of people and people at their worst can soon make him believe that the world is a sewer. That police officer’s reality is a common thread throughout Work’s crime fiction books. Following his graduation from high school, Work studied music and became a professional performer, conductor and teacher. Life made a sudden, unexpected turn when, one afternoon in 1976, his cousin, who eventually became the Chief of the Ontario, California, Police Department, talked him into riding along during a patrol shift. The musician was hooked into becoming a police officer. After working for two years as a reserve officer in Southern California and in Boulder, Colorado, he joined the Longmont, Colorado Police Department. Work served there for seven years, investigating crimes as a patrolman, detective and patrol sergeant. In 1989 he joined the Adams County, Colorado Sheriff’s Office, where he soon learned that locking a criminal up inside a jail or prison does not put him out of business. As a sheriff’s detective he investigated hundreds of crimes, including eleven contract murder conspiracies which originated “inside the walls”. While serving on the Adams County North Metro Gang Task Force and as a member of the Colorado Security Threat Intelligence Network Group (STING), Work designed a seminar on how a criminal’s mind formulates his victim selection strategy. Over a period of six years he taught that class in sheriff’s academies and colleges throughout Colorado. He saw the world of crime both inside the walls and out on the streets. His final experiences in the criminal law field were with the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office, where for nearly two years he investigated felonies from the defense side of the Courtroom. Twenty-two years of observing human nature at its worst, combined with watching some profound changes in America’s culture and political institutions, provided plenty of material for his first three books. A self-published author, he just finished writing his tenth thriller.
