Alas, this evening I skimmed down the Drudge headlines of the day and found a heart breaker. Germany’s Chancellor, Angela Merkel (pictured in Reuters photo, above, with Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Devutoglu on January 12), appears to have surrendered to the Forces of Islam and turned her back on her patriot countrymen – the few with the courage to resist Germany’s ongoing Islamization. From Reuters, via Yahoo News Canada, comes the story of the day:
BERLIN (Reuters) – German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Monday Islam “belongs to Germany”, in a clear repudiation of anti-immigration protesters gathering in Dresden and other cities.
A day after walking arm-in-arm with French President Francois Hollande at the front of a massive march in Paris to honor the victims of killings by Islamic militants, Merkel received the Turkish prime minister and urged dialogue among religions.
The conservative chancellor pointed to comments made by former German president Christian Wulff, who said in 2010 that Islam was part of Germany, triggering a fierce debate.
“Former president Wulff said Islam belongs to Germany. That is true. I also hold this opinion,” …
Ah, no, my dear Ms. Merkel. How could you utter such ingratiating words, spoken to appease and mollify a totalitarian ideology which is completely dedicated to destroying the government of your beautiful nation and subjugating or killing those among your people who will not submit or convert?
…She was speaking hours before marches by a movement dubbed PEGIDA, or Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the West, were due to begin in several German cities.
Such demonstrations, launched in Dresden, have been dwarfed by counter-protests. Merkel has said PEGIDA’s rallies are organized by people with “hatred in their hearts”…
Oh, no, my sweet Ms. Merkel. You’ve hung the hatred jacket on the wrong shoulders. Have you not yet read the Quran? Do you know anything about the history of the Arabian Peninsula and Muhammad’s life? Do you understand the instructions he left for his followers?
Goodbye, Ms. Merkel. You’re leading your nation down a terrible road. How could you?
